Teen-Mobile for Teen Moms

Teen-Mobile's Core Team and Working Group members are volunteers; grandmothers, moms, aunts, nieces and sisters with bottomless hearts, who are giving from the heart. They know for positive change to take place in the lives of these young moms-to-be and moms, help must be given, without reservations or blame.

You can also help. There are prenatal needs and baby needs. Companies are joining us to provide assistance. You will see our sponsors displayed in banners throughout the site. Pray with us and help us.

What we do:

1. We take faith, hope and love to pregnant teens and their babies.
2. We go where homeless pregnant teens hangout and give them supplies necessary to help them  have as healthy a pregnancy as possible and their babies, a fighting chance at survival.
3. We go into the communities where the dropout rates are high due to teen pregnancy and deliver much needed supplies.
4. We pray with families.
5. They are invited and transported to worship services.
6. They complete a questionnaire to be eligible for repetitive visits but we do not exclude anyone when the need is so great. Children should not suffer for the acts of their parents.
7. We give unconditional, nonjudgmental love.
8. We provide Relationship Education classes to end generational patterns of multiple and/or unplanned births.
9. We assist with getting GED's and educational assistance.
10. We teach personal hygiene and baby care.
11. We hold birthing classes in groups.
12. We teach CPR for adults and infants in groups.
13. We include dad's who wish to participate in our classes.
14. We hold monthly socials because it takes a village to raise and educate children
15. We encourage nursing because of all the advantages it offers, provided the mom is drug/alcohol-free.
